The Dates for turning in Dues are as follows:
October 1- Clubs may begin sending in dues for an Early Bird Patch
November 1- Clubs who have not yet paid dues must pay them before the end of the month
December 1- All clubs must have paid dues by this date. If dues are turned in after this
date, club members may not run for higher office or attend convention.
February 1- Dues not turned in by this date are officially considered late and the club is on probation.
June 1- Clubs who have not paid by this date are suspended, or disbanded, and must be re-chartered.
The rechartering fee is $600.
